CANCELLATION POLICY

The registrations cancelled due to participant’s own reasons will be dealt according to the cancellation policy as follows,

  1. Cancel before 9.Sep.2017, 20% cancellation fee;
  2. Cancel between 9.Sep.2017 – 24.Sep.2017, 40% cancellation fee;
  3. Cancel between 25.Sep.2017 – 9.Oct.2017, 60% cancellation fee;
  4. Cancel between 10.Oct.2017 – 25.Oct.2017, 80% cancellation fee;
  5. Within 30 days before your package starts. No refund
